Natural process coffee is dried inside the whole cherry for a fruit-forward, intense cup. Available in medium roast, with limited microlots offered in light.

Washed Process

Washed process coffee highlights the clean, true expression of the seed with a crisp, balanced profile. Available in three roast levels.
