Single plot harvests reveal the hidden diversity that exists within a single coffee farm. At Café de Monteverde, different plots mature at different moments during the season due to variations in altitude, sun exposure, soil, and coffee variety. By harvesting and processing certain plots separately, we create microlots that capture the unique character of a specific place and moment in the harvest.
