This microlot comes from the small percentage of cherries: only 5 to 10% of cherries naturally produce a single round seed instead of two. This rare peaberry form concentrates sweetness and creates a bright, refined cup.
The coffee was selectively harvested at peak ripeness and fully washed on our farm to highlight clarity and balance. After depulping, the beans were carefully fermented and rinsed, then dried slowly to preserve their clean, high-elevation character.
The result is a cup with a honey-like sweetness and a full-bodied, rounded texture, with a clean finish
